By accessing or using our website (trancetherapeutics.com), ordering physical botanical specimens or preparations through our e-commerce dispensary, or scheduling and participating in therapeutic consultations or guided sanctuary experiences, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and our Delivery, Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy.

2. E-Commerce Dispensary & Product Purchases

2.1 Botanical Catalog: Trance Therapeutics dispenses carefully cultivated, dried fruiting bodies (whole dried specimens) and related botanical formulations sourced exclusively through Mystical Fungi and Flora (Pvt) Ltd. Each batch undergoes rigorous genomic verification, active compound calibration, and independent laboratory screening.

2.2 Pricing & Currency: All prices displayed on our website are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We reserve the right to modify product prices, shipping surcharges, and dispensary availability without prior notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed, as confirmed on your invoice.

2.3 Order Acceptance & Payment: Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Order acceptance occurs when we verify your payment method, complete anti-fraud checks, and dispatch an official order confirmation receipt. Payment must be made in full through authorized payment gateways, credit/debit cards, or direct bank transfer before any order is fulfilled.

2.4 Natural Specimen Disclaimer: As natural agricultural and botanical specimens, individual mushrooms exhibit natural variations in shape, color, morphology, and moisture levels. Such variations are natural characteristics of whole dried specimens and do not constitute a defect or deviation from product specifications.

3.3 Client Truthfulness & Health Declarations: The safety and efficacy of our therapeutic services depend fundamentally on complete transparency. You agree to provide full, honest, and accurate declarations regarding your physical and mental health history, past psychological conditions, and all prescription or non-prescription medications, specifically including SSRIs, SNRIs, MAOIs, lithium, antipsychotics, and central nervous system stimulants.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

These Terms and any contractual disputes or claims arising out of them shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the competent civil courts situated in Islamabad, Pakistan.
