Delivery, Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

Processing & Dispatch: All product orders placed through our dispensary are processed, laboratory-verified, and dispatched within twenty-four to forty-eight (24–48) hours of payment receipt, excluding national public holidays.

Domestic Shipping Timelines:

• Islamabad & Rawalpindi: Express delivery within 24 to 36 hours.
• Major Urban Metros (Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Faisalabad): 2 to 3 business days via premier insured courier.
• Other Regional Destinations: 3 to 5 business days.

Discrete & Climate-Controlled Packaging: To safeguard client confidentiality and product biological integrity, all specimens are packed in multi-layered, vacuum-sealed, light-protective pouches and shipped inside completely unmarked, tamper-evident courier cartons.

Tracking Notifications: Upon dispatch, a real-time tracking code and courier dispatch link are automatically emailed to your registered address.

Strict Safety & Hygiene Standards: Due to the biological, consumable, and organic nature of whole dried mushroom specimens and stringent quality assurance protocols, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of opened, unsealed, or handled botanical pouches.

Eligible Return Conditions: Returns are accepted solely under the following limited conditions:

• The product arrived damaged in transit, with physical package compromise verified upon delivery.
• The outer security seal remains completely intact, unpeeled, and unaltered.
• A return request is lodged within seven (7) calendar days of parcel receipt by emailing inquire@trancetherapeutics.com with photographs of the package and your Order ID.

Inspection & Verification: Once an authorized returned item is received at our dispensary facility, our laboratory team conducts an inspection to verify that the protective seals and storage conditions remained uncompromised.

Refund Approval & Timeline: Upon approval, your refund will be processed immediately. Credit will be applied back to your original method of payment (credit/debit card or bank transfer) within five to seven (5–7) business days, subject to your issuing financial institution’s processing timelines.

Non-Refundable Items: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a direct result of our fulfillment error or verifiable transit damage.

Pre-Dispatch Cancellation Window: You may cancel any physical product order free of charge at any time prior to warehouse dispatch. To cancel an order, email inquire@trancetherapeutics.com with the subject line “Order Cancellation - [Your Order #]”.

Post-Dispatch Orders: Once an order has been picked up by our logistics partner, it cannot be recalled in transit. In such instances, the standard Return Policy criteria apply once delivery occurs.

Delivery Medium: Consultations are conducted either through our secure, encrypted clinical video platform or in person at our dedicated sanctuary in Islamabad, Pakistan. Each initial consultation comprises approximately forty-five (45) minutes of direct clinical practitioner assessment.

Booking Confirmation: Your reservation is formally confirmed once the PKR 10,000 consultation fee is settled and you receive your digital confirmation calendar invitation containing preparation guidelines.

Because our clinical practitioners reserve dedicated clinic hours and prepare clinical dossiers in advance, the following cancellation terms apply strictly:

• 48+ Hours Notice: Full 100% refund or 100% credit toward any future session.
• 24 to 48 Hours Notice: 50% refund, or 100% credit applied toward a rescheduled appointment.
• Less than 24 Hours Notice or No-Shows: Non-refundable. Practitioner time and dedicated room reservation fees are forfeited.

Guided journeys (including the Breakthrough Journey and Group Meditative Sessions) require booking private rooms, dedicated facilitator teams, and multi-day dietary preparation. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm journey dates. Cancellations made more than seven (7) days in advance may transfer deposits to alternative dates within a 6-month window.
