Delivery, Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

Domestic Shipping Territory: We currently ship within PAKISTAN only. Orders cannot be placed for delivery addresses outside Pakistan.

Tax & Shipping Included in PKR Price: All product prices on our Site are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include all applicable taxes as well as standard domestic shipping.

Dispatch & Checkout Address Accuracy: Orders are dispatched discreetly to the exact delivery address supplied at checkout. Address errors are your responsibility; any re-shipment required following a return-to-sender is at your cost.

Estimated Domestic Transit Timelines:

• Islamabad & Rawalpindi: 1–2 Business Days from dispatch.
• Major Urban Hubs (Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Faisalabad, Multan): 2–4 Business Days from dispatch.
• Other Regional Destinations in Pakistan: 3–5 Business Days from dispatch.

(Note: Delivery timelines are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by third-party couriers, weather, or road closures are outside our control.)

Transfer of Risk & Title: Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address supplied at checkout (or to the carrier where local law mandates). Title to Products passes upon full payment.

Because our Products are perishable botanical preparations and, once opened, cannot be re-sold for strict hygiene and biological safety reasons:

• Unopened, Factory-Sealed Products (7-Day Return Window): Unopened, sealed Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund less original shipping costs, provided they remain in original, resaleable condition.
• Opened Products (Non-Returnable Rule): Opened Products are strictly non-returnable, except in verified cases of spoilage, contamination, or material misdescription reported within the 48-hour inspection window.
• Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping is at your cost unless the return is due to our fulfilment error, in which case we cover return shipping in full.
• No Refunds for Subjective Experience: Natural fungal material varies in potency between harvests and individual fruiting bodies. We do not issue refunds based on subjective potency, taste, or personal physiological effect.
• Statutory Consumer Rights: Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory statutory right of cancellation or return you hold where you live; where such a statutory right applies, it prevails.

• Refund Method & Processing Window (5–10 Business Days): Approved refunds are issued exclusively to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our approving the return or receiving the returned parcel, whichever is later. Bank and card-issuer posting times are outside our control.
• Tax-Inclusive Refunds: Refunds include any applicable tax charged on the returned item.
• Non-Refundable Surcharges: Third-party card processing surcharges (if any) and expedited shipping upgrades are non-refundable once incurred.
• 10-Business-Day Pre-Dispute Resolution: Before filing any payment dispute or chargeback with your bank, you agree to contact inquire@trancetherapeutics.com with your order number and allow us 10 business days to resolve the matter directly.

• Pre-Dispatch Cancellation (100% Refund): You may cancel a Product order at any time before dispatch for a 100% full refund by emailing inquire@trancetherapeutics.com or messaging 03009155561 with your order number.
• Post-Dispatch Cancellation: Once your order has been handed over to the courier for dispatch, it can no longer be cancelled in transit and is governed by the 7-day unopened return policy in Card 2 above.

Session and consultation capacity is strictly limited, and advance bookings reserve dedicated facilitator and sanctuary resources. When you cancel a booking, the following refund schedule applies:

• Tax-Inclusive Calculation: Refund percentages are calculated on the total amount paid, including any applicable taxes.
• Settlement Timeline: Approved consultation/session refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Session Cancellation or Modification by Trance Therapeutics: If we cancel a scheduled Session or Consultation, you may choose either a 100% full refund or priority rebooking for the next available date. Where necessary, we reserve the right to substitute a facilitator of equivalent qualification, relocate an in-person venue within 25 km, or transition an eligible Session/Consultation online.
• Facilitator Safety Discretion & Unprepared Arrival: Facilitators hold full discretion to reduce a dose, postpone dosing, or decline participation where safety warrants. Arriving substantially unprepared or impaired may result in exclusion; where participation is declined prior to dosing for a reason attributable to you (or due to genuine illness notified in advance), a credit is issued rather than a cash refund.
• Force Majeure: Neither party is liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control (including severe weather, wildfire, road closures, facilitator illness, regulatory changes, courier network failure, or power/internet outages). Where a Session is impacted by a force majeure event, we offer priority rebooking or a full refund.
